Albion Cottage is a traditional barn conversion situated on the edge of a small hamlet on the North Cornwall Coast. It is perfectly situated, with Boscastle, Crackington Haven, The Strangles beach, the South West Coast Path, the Valency Valley and Bodmin Moor all within five miles. The towns of Bude, with Summerleaze beach, and Wadebridge, with the Camel Cycle Trail, are around twenty minutes drive away. The property is easily accessible from the A39 with a village pub only two minute’s walk away and a Post Office/Shop in the village.

The Cottage is very comfortable and well furnished. It is suitable for couples and has a large sitting room (with dining area), kitchen, bathroom and a bedroom with a superking size bed. It has parking for two cars, all the mod-cons and its own sitting out area, overlooking the gardens of Tresparrett House and a private garden up the drive. There is an additional en-suite room which may be available, at an extra charge, on request.

RATES (WITH ONE BEDROOM):
High Season - £675 per week (July and August)
Mid Season - £620 per week (June and September)
Mid-Low Season - £550 per week (April, May and October)
Low Season - £500 per week (Other)
